Instant Field Survey is a simple system that makes it possible to carry out customer satisfaction research in areas where it is traditionally not possible. Using small handheld computers (PDAs), the customer is presented with an electronic questionnaire on site, whilst the experience is still fresh in memory. When the questions are answered, the results are automatically transmitted wirelessly to a PC where they are stored and displayed graphically.
